Object-Oriented Action System (OOAS) Compiler

This folder contains the original C# version of the compiler backed by a
Technical Report that introduces the main language features and also dis-
cusses some of the shortcomings of the C# implementation.
Note that the C# version of the CADP Backend is not included in this 
release.
